Welcome to Eden Heights, a brand-new 2026 Regal Hemsworth holiday home in the beautiful Char Valley at Wood Farm, Charmouth. Designed for relaxed coastal escapes, Eden Heights combines the comfort of a luxury holiday home with far-reaching countryside views and an exceptional location for exploring Charmouth, Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast. At 40ft x 14ft, the accommodation provides around 52m² of beautifully designed interior space. The heart of Eden Heights is its spacious open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, where huge floor-to-ceiling front glazing brings the countryside straight into the living space. Open the doors onto the wraparound deck and enjoy the valley views from the six-seater outdoor dining area, with plenty of space to sit back and unwind. Sleep in comfort The master suite features a king-size bed with mattress topper, hotel-quality bedding and Egyptian cotton bed linen. It also has its own dressing area, en-suite shower room and 32-inch smart TV with an art display when not in use. Bedroom two has two single beds, while the lounge has an additional sofa bed, allowing Eden Heights to sleep up to six guests. A travel cot is also available for our youngest guests. Towels and hand towels are provided, together with complimentary shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. Made for nights in Relax in the spacious lounge and enjoy the countryside views or settle down in front of the 50-inch HD smart TV. Eden Heights has its own Wi-Fi, so you can stream, browse and stay connected throughout your break. The fully equipped kitchen means you can cook properly rather than simply make do while you're away. You'll find a dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer and a generous selection of cookware, utensils and glassware, with complimentary tea and coffee ready for your arrival. Eden Heights also has a washing machine and dryer, full central heating and everything needed to make longer stays just as comfortable as a weekend away. Your own outdoor space Step directly from the lounge onto the large wraparound deck, approximately 6m wide and 3m deep across the main frontage. The six-seater outdoor dining area makes a wonderful spot for breakfast, an evening drink or simply taking in the views across the valley. Private parking for two cars is provided alongside Eden Heights.
